The Badog X3 is the machine that we use to cut all of the aluminum parts for the badog machines; compact, powerful and precise. The oversized body is entirely machined from aluminium and fits comfortably on a bench or small table in your garage. Quality is important and thats why we machine all Badog aluminium parts in-house. From CAD, CAM to assembly; we do it all, in-house to provide you with a quality desk top CNC router that will provide you an accuracy, repeatability, rapid cutting. Rails are 20mm on both the X and Y axis giving you the power and precision that you need for any application.
3 Axis 3 powerful Amps per axis controller is included with this package 220 volt with LP1 port connection. Fully enclosed and emergency stop integrated with the design, the Badog controller gives you the power to push up to 205 oz/in through any material with your machine. The control comes with our Badog CAD CAM solution software but can be used with almost any other control software on the market. Controller interrupt type LBX14201 according to EN81 and protected from voltage spikesaccordign to IEC60947-5/EN418
Applications:
The Badog X2 CNC Mill is primarily used for aluminium but can cut through just about any material you can imagine, even steel. Use of the Badog X2 can range from guitar cutting, model making or engraving to full-scale high volume pieces for cars or motorcycles. Aluminium, MDF, Maple, Bolsa, Corian, Circuit Board, Hard Wood, Plastic. The badog X3 is capable of taking off 2mm of steel and 10 mm of alumium with one pass of a bit of 6mm of diameter!!
